Westchester Golf Range

Apropos of your November 8th letter and your November 7th email, please keep me advised of any developments/meetings regarding the Westchester Golf Range.  As president of the Secor Homes Civic Association, Inc., it is likely that such development could adversely affect Jean, Jennifer and Barbara Lanes in our association.

Please be advised that the community would be united in objecting to any primary or secondary access road from the development through Jean, Jennifer and Barbara Lanes.  At present, these three streets form a cul-de-sac which the community has enjoyed for over 50 years.  Any change in the safety and security of these streets would invite vehement opposition.

We would appreciate being kept informed of all meetings.  The so-called 20 neighbors, whom you cite in your communications, who are ostensibly in support of these luxury homes in lieu of a new Greenburgh Library, are a mystery to us.  Who are they and how are they affected?

Thank you.

Carol A. Wielk, President
Secor Homes Civic Association, Inc.

I sent letters today to residents who reside in your neighborhood. I would vehemently oppose a new road that would access your neighborhood. The people who attended the meeting on Sunday reside at Westchester View Farms. I will keep you informed. Paul
