EDGEMONT ATTORNEY FILES ANOTHER SUIT AGAINST TOWN OF GREENBURGH

Edgemont attorney Robert Bernstein filed another lawsuit against the Town of Greenburgh.

This suit seeks to redress the inequities in the allocation of expenses between the unincorporated area of Greenburgh and the town’s six villages.  The lawsuit charges that the unincorporated area taxpayers are unfairly burdened with the full costs of operating town parks and recreational areas, including a day care center, which are open to all residents of both unincorporated Greenburgh and the villages.
