EDGEMONT ATTORNEY OPPOSES TOWN'S MOTION FOR STAY ON SECOND LAWSUIT

Robert Bernstein, Edgemont attorney, opposes the Town of Greenburgh’s motion for stay on the second lawsuit regarding the burden on the unincorporated Greenburgh taxpayer to pay for parks and recreational areas open to all residents. (See "Edgemont Attorney Files Another Suit Against Town of Greenburgh.")

The first document is Mr. Bernstein’s affidavit to this effect.  The second document is his “sur-reply”, or second affidavit in further opposition to the Town’s motion for a stay of the second lawsuit.  The third document is Mr. Bernstein’s affidavit in opposition to the villages’ motion to intervene in the second lawsuit.
