Case No. 98-34 - Neil and June Winward 80 Charlotte Place, Hartsdale, New York 10530, for the vacant property adjacent to the southeast boundary of 56 Rockledge Road, Hartsdale, New York 10530. Applicant is appealing the decision of the Building Inspector that use of said lot as a non-commercial garden by residents of the multi-family development is permitted. Case No. 98-40 - Case No. 98-40 - Nextel of New York, Inc. One North Broadway, White Plains, New York, on behalf of Westchester Radio LLC 365 Secor Road, Hartsdale, New York 10530, for property located at 365 Secor Road. Applicant is requesting a Special Permit to permit a personal wireless service facility on an existing radio tower. In connection with such permit, use and area variances were requested to increase the- maximum height-of an antenna from 12 ft. (permitted) to 125 ft. (proposed); to increase the number of non-conforming antennae on a lot from 3 (permitted) (21 existing non-conforming) to 33 (proposed); and to allow such equipment to be installed and co-located, under Sections 285-37(A)2b, 9,11 and 12 of the Zoning Ordinance. In the alternative, applicant appealed from the determination of the Building Inspector that the above variances are required. APPLICATIONS AND APPEAL DENIED.
Case No. 98-43 - Jesus and Salome Velasquez 312 Old Kensico Road, White Plains, New York 10607. Applicants requested area variance to enclose an existing screened-in porch, and construct a deck. VARIANCE GRANTED.
Case No. 98-46 - Nancy and Anthony Cressi 26 Keats Avenue, Hartsdale, New York 10530. Applicants requested an area variance to widen a driveway. VARIANCE DENIED.
